Over the years, the guidelines have changed dramatically as to what an association can provide to its members along the lines of health insurance programs. The Iowa Motor Truck Association has had a long-standing relationship with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield that has enabled the IMTA to continue to offer some guidance and help to trucking companies of all sizes.
